Marion Mint of Florida Inc a trusted advertising and direct mail brand serving Ocala and surrounding areas since 1983 is looking for an ambitious visionary leader to step into a Deputy Publisher role.
This is not just another management position its a leadership-track opportunity to run an established media company and eventually take it to the next level.
The Role:
As Deputy Publisher you will:

- Oversee daily operations of a 40 year-old advertising and publishing brand
- Lead sales marketing and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for our clients
- Manage budgets production schedules and client relationships
- Drive innovation in both print and digital advertising strategies
- Represent Marion Mint of Florida Inc in the community and at business events
What Were Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in media advertising publishing or marketing
- Strong business development skills and a passion for helping businesses grow
- Ability to manage people processes and projects with excellence
- A visionary mindset with the drive to lead a company into the future
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
The Opportunity:
While this position does not involve ownership at the start the right person will have the opportunity to take full control of the company in the future. This is a true succession-track role for someone who wants to lead and eventually operate a successful established advertising business.
