Job Description

Move-In Coordinator Remote (Sarasota FL Area)

Our client an established Senior Moving Company based in Sarasota FL provides compassionate transition services for seniors who are downsizing relocating or have specialized needs. They are seeking a motivated Move-InCoordinator with experience in the senior living industry (ideal backgrounds include move-in coordination relocation services or senior living/community sales).

This is a key role with strong growth potential. The right candidate will be a vital part of rebuilding the company starting part-time and growing into a larger opportunity as business expands.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $30$36 per hour
  • Commission on jobs sold
  • Travel reimbursement
  • Part-time to start (approx. 10 hours/week) with potential to expand to 30 hours/week as business grows

Requirements:

  • Empathetic friendly and client-centered personality
  • Experience in senior living relocation or related fields preferred
  • Willingness to learn (training provided)

Responsibilities:

  • Flexible MondayFriday schedule
  • Monitor incoming calls from clients during business hours
  • Meet with clients to assess needs and provide estimates
  • Clearly communicate the full range of services the company offers
  • Support and oversee staff during client moves
