Job Summary

Seeking an Electrical Project Manager with experience successfully managing Multi-Family and Commercial Projects for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Tampa FL.

This role will ensure projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Compensation$90000 - $100000 per year

Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction quality of service and long-term relations.
Travel to job sites to ensure goals are being achieved; address problems related to the project and communicate professionally with all parties when requested.
Work closely with and report to VP of Operations.
Manage planning of the labor force.
Work closely with others on all aspects of electrical project management- job start up coordination vendor agreements material and rental agreements issue purchase orders create submittals and other assigned duties.
Be proactive in implementing strategies to reduce project costs maximize production and enhance customer relations.

Qualifications:

Electrical PM experience successfully managing Multi-Family and Commercial Projects.
Work closely with high-level customers (relationships).
Able to thrive in a professional work environment.
Knowledge of MS OFFICE/Outlook/PROCORE.
Strong communication skills.
