THE POSITION: The Director of Workplace Services will lead the strategic and operational management of STACKs U.S. workplace portfolio including leased offices and administrative areas within STACK owned data centers. This role is accountable for implementing best-in-class programs spanning facilities operations (hard and soft services) space planning safety/security and employee experience. You will build the Workplace Services function from the ground up create consistent practices across sites and lead a growing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee all leased office and administrative data center spaces within the STACK Americas portfolio.
- Own lease administration and partner with Legal/Finance on renewals expansions and compliance.
- Create and enforce SOPs office service standards and safety/security protocols.
- Lead office expansion/renovation projects including workplace design and logistics.
- Develop and maintain Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) inventory ownership lifecycle and reuse strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships for all hard and soft services (e.g. janitorial HVAC mail).
- Ensure a consistent high-quality workplace experience across locations.
- Partner with HR to support space planning and in-office growth strategy.
- Direct and support a distributed Workplace Services team and onsite coordinators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT Security People & Culture Construction Operations and Leadership.

- Compensation: $188000 - $202000 yearly salary Annual Bonus Potential

QUALIFICATIONS: - 7 years in workplace services facilities management or corporate real estate.
- Experience managing office portfolios across multiple U.S. locations.
- Demonstrated strength in vendor contract management and lease administration.
- Proven ability to build and scale teams SOPs and operational frameworks.
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Real Estate Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple competing priorities.
