Job Description
Join Lehigh Universitys prestigious Athletics Staff department and lead our dynamic Womens Lacrosse program to new heights! We seek an exceptional Head Coach who will embody Lehighs commitment to academic excellence and athletic achievement.
Position Number: S88380
This position is a Grade: 11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $82670 - $100570 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the womens lacrosse program
Teach mentor and develop student-athletes to achieve excellence on the field and in academics
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier scholar-athletes who align with Lehighs values
Oversee program administration budget management and advancement initiatives
Collaborate with coaching staff and provide instruction to enhance team performance
Ensure compliance with University Athletics Department Patriot League and NCAA policies
Develop and implement training programs that optimize student-athlete potential
Foster academic support systems that promote graduation and career success
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters Degree preferred
Eight or more years of related work experience
Experience as a student-athlete
NCAA Certification required
CPR/First Aid required
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Proven track record in recruiting and student-athlete development
Experience with program administration and budget management

This position is considered Essential Services Staff; Essential Services Staff are required to report to campus and remain during inclement weather and other emergency situations; they are defined as those needed to deliver student services and maintain campus facilities campus safety and security

The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community
