Job Description
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextService Concierge/BDC Associate. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing fast-paced industry. Located atAston Martin of Downers GrovetheService Conciergeis responsible for handling phone calls setting appointments and assisting Advisors in the Service Department while providing the positive customer experience we are known for.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- Prospect follow-up calls set appointments for service and gauge customer satisfaction
- Answer customer internet inquires by both email andphone
- Schedule service appointments and reschedule no show customers
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Service Director
Job Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills required.
- Prior BDC experience helpful but not required.
- Automotive experience helpful but not required.
- Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
