In this position youll lead design and development of electro-mechanical assemblies including brushless DC motors and controllers. Youll work closely with ownership customers and internal teams to ensure high quality manufacturable designs while managing multiple projects. This role offers strong growth and bonus potential tied to successful new business.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 years in mechanical design and manufacturing
Proficient in SolidWorks
Strong leadership and project management skills
Comfortable as primary technical contact with customers
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards
