Job Description
SprintRay is advancing digital dentistry through innovation and precision. As we expand globally we are seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our Los Angeles facility. This high-impact role is responsible for developing systems leading teams and driving continuous improvement across our production processes to ensure excellence in quality cost delivery and scalability.
This role offers significant visibility and collaboration across R&D Engineering Quality and Regulatory teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced production or industrial operations leader in a regulated or high-precision environment who thrives in fast-paced growth-oriented settings. Experience scaling production in a growth-stage or global organization is highly valued.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of production operations from planning through delivery
- Hire develop and coach a high-performing manufacturing team
- Drive resource planning scheduling staffing and cost optimization to meet output goals
- Build scalable systems and workflows that support global growth
- Partner with Supply Chain to align production schedules with demand
- Implement and maintain compliance with GMP and ISO standards (MDSAP)
- Develop KPIs and performance tracking to ensure safety quality and efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN 5S Six Sigma preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and scale-up
- Maintain accurate production records and support audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Operations Management or related field (MS preferred)
- 5 years of experience managing production or manufacturing teams in regulated or high-precision environments (e.g. medical devices aerospace electronics food/bev etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of GMP ISO standards and quality systems
- Proven leadership with a focus on performance management safety and team development
- Experience implementing and managing ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or ODOO preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen in forecasting cost tracking and resource planning
Experience with high-mix low-volume production is a plus
Location: Onsite (Los Angeles)
Salary: $100K-$122K
Actual compensation packages are determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set relevant education and certifications depth of experience and performance as well as current business and organizational needs. The estimated range provided may not reflect the final offer which is tailored to the addition to base salary total compensation may include an annual performance bonus comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits and other forms of compensation where applicable.
