JOB SUMMARY:
- Deliver health services to clients who are experiencing mental and physical conditions associated with mental illness.
- Utilizes the nursing process documentation and communication skills to collaborate with physicians and other team members.
- Provides nursing concepts and care plans to clients.
- Provides health education training as assigned administration of medication collecting samples for testing monitoring food & liquid input/output preparing Injections/enemas providing patient hygiene taking vital signs.
- Cooperates with the licensee and Department of Human Services and staff in any inspection inquiry or investigation.
- Performs other duties as deemed appropriate or needed by the supervisor.
EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE SKILL & ABILITY:
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Experiencein the field of behavioral health is preferred.
- Current CPR/FA certificate.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to successfully complete a physical drug screen and background check.
- Valid drivers license in state of residence with a good driving record.
SALARY:- $29.80to $32.00per hour based on experience.
