About the Role:
Join the Meineke team as an Automotive Technician in Woodstock GA where your skills will shine in a fast-paced supportive environment. We are looking for passionate individuals who love working on vehicles and providing top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers about services performed and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
