Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Part-Time Easley SC
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a long-term care facility in Easley SC.

Highlights of the Role:
Location: Easley SC
Schedule: 6hours/week onsite
Duration: Open-ended
Facility Type: Short-term rehab and skilled long-term care
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: LTC and MDSexperiencepreferred
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Licensed in South Carolina (must be active prior to start date)
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
