What You Will Do
- Manage shop engine and rental engine events for customers across the Asia Pacific region.
- Communicate customer requirements and expectations clearly to relevant departments within P&WC to coordinate rental engine support and shop inductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Programs LeaseCo Shop) to meet customer needs evaluate options and develop effective support solutions.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations as required.
- Ensure all customer queries are addressed and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in regular network meetings to provide updates on engine deployment availability and shop status.
- Liaise with customers to manage 3-month forecasts for rental engine needs and scheduled/ unscheduled shop visits.
- Utilize tools and systems such as SAP CRM EMF and SharePoint to manage data and communication.
- Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers throughout the region.
- Participate in cost reduction initiatives and other continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Diploma in Engineering Business or any other related field.
- Min 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Demonstrates a mature disposition strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently at times and support off-hours Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer requirements and identify opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Supply Chain and Logistics experience on international shipments and warehousing management.
- Understanding of engine leasing or maintenance repair & overhaul (MRO) operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.
