* Perform production work with understanding of the production process of our chemicals (Canister cleaning fillling purification shipping inspection etc.)
* Leading the operation and improvement of the prodcution process in cooperation with other staff and operators
* Leading the trouble shooting activies.
* Daily planning work of production in cooperation with SCM and other production staff.
* Leading the safety activities in cooperation with production operators
1. Operation
a. Perform production work ( Canister cleaning and assembly fillling purification shipping inspection etc.) through shift operation
b. Leading the operation as technical staff
c. Maintenance management of equipment - daily check & trend analysis
2. Process improvement
a. Find out the potential process risk and their mitigation
b. Lead the continuous improvement activities in cooperation with other staff and operators
c. In case of trouble lead the trouble shooting actives in cooperation with other staff and operators.
3. Production daily planning
a. Production daily planning work in cooperation with SCM and other production staff.
b. Adjustment of the sample analysis schedule in cooperation with SCM
4. SAFETY
a. Safety activity and Quality Culture inheritance and reinforcement
b. Leading and Optimization of Five-S methodology activity of work place/office
Over 5 years of experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Skills prioritizing SAFETY any time insight accurate operation skills to hold quality level
- Chemistry or chemical engineering knowledge
- Tool works experience using wrench driver
- Leading experience in manufacturing company Coaching of temporary staff (welcome)
- Safety / Quality related activity(TQC Five S Six Sigma et al.)
- Data works on spread sheet document works
- Smooth communcation with the superior colleague or external partners
- Propel your work in the international environment
