- Supporting the senior team in delivering exceptional 3 Rosette-level service
- Leading sections during busy services and mentoring junior chefs
- Contributing fresh ideas for seasonal menus and specials
- Upholding the highest standards of food safety hygiene and precision
- Being a positive role model and part of the hotels fine dining future
