Job Summary
The Program Manager will be based in Dongguan.
Position Responsibilities:
- Identify the needs of the client; being the checkpoint to balance between the operation teams and customer.
- Coordinateswith the CFT the forecast acceptance process and communicates the commit of the operation and impact to the customer. (Material Shortages Can Do Excess & Obsolete capacity plan shipments etc.).
- Manage the financials of the operation to meet the internal goals and minimize the risk to Flex ensuring compliance with the contract and agreements. Accountable for the financial performance while representing the customers interests
- Resolving resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect any area within the program
What a typical day looks like:
- Forecast / demand loading / Delivery / supply management
- Sales revenue commit & follow up with end customer and CM sites
- Communication with internal & external cross functions teams(conference meeting/email/calling etc.)
- Quote Review & Quote vs. Actual analysis
- Material Excess & Obsolete management
- AR(Account Receiving) follow up with end customer and CM sites
- Smooth involvement from NPI to MP
- Product End of Life management
- ECOs(Engineering Change Order)/Claims management
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- 8 years Program Management Experience inmanufacturing/operations area with people management experience would be preferred
- Strong in interpersonal and communications skills and language expression capability
- Fluent in English possess listening speakingreadingand writing capabilities
- Ability of logical thinking/problem solving/data analysis
- With high level executive reporting mindset and skills
