The Digital Technology Digital Product Life Cycle (DPLC) and Advanced Technology organization is seeking a results-driven Business Operations Manager to enhance operational performance and effectiveness across the organization. As a key member of the Business Enablement leadership team you will establish and refine business operations strategies and be responsible for maturing the adoption efforts across the org

*This is a hybrid position based in Puerto Rico. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico as relocation assistance is not available for this role.**

What YOU will do:

  • Lead recurring business operations deliverables including Operational Analysis

  • Facilitate quarterly progress reviews with internal Collins SBUs and cross functional stakeholders.

  • Maintain and facilitate the monthly Risk Review process and change control process

  • Establish and maintain strategic KPIs for the organization

  • Partner with Finance to oversee the functional budget ensuring fiscal discipline and value realization

  • Curate and coordinate content for town halls lunch-and-learns and internal engagement events to strengthen organizational culture

  • Identify operational gaps and implement structured transparent processes and tools to streamline workflows across the enterprise

  • Own and maintain the internal business operations calendar to synchronize initiatives and ensure organizational cohesion.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Must be a U.S Citizen.

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

  • Have experience implementing management systems across a project portfolio including financial oversight risk management scheduling and scope management.

  • Possess a strong understanding of Finance and Program/Project Management principles.

  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration working effectively with senior leadership and teams.

  • Demonstrate the ability to build trust foster teamwork and take accountability for customer and stakeholder relationships.

  • Communicate with clarity efficiency and impact across a wide range of stakeholders.
