None/Not RequiredThe Digital Technology Digital Product Life Cycle (DPLC) and Advanced Technology organization is seeking a results-driven Business Operations Manager to enhance operational performance and effectiveness across the organization. As a key member of the Business Enablement leadership team you will establish and refine business operations strategies and be responsible for maturing the adoption efforts across the org
*This is a hybrid position based in Puerto Rico. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico as relocation assistance is not available for this role.**
What YOU will do:
Lead recurring business operations deliverables including Operational Analysis
Facilitate quarterly progress reviews with internal Collins SBUs and cross functional stakeholders.
Maintain and facilitate the monthly Risk Review process and change control process
Establish and maintain strategic KPIs for the organization
Partner with Finance to oversee the functional budget ensuring fiscal discipline and value realization
Curate and coordinate content for town halls lunch-and-learns and internal engagement events to strengthen organizational culture
Identify operational gaps and implement structured transparent processes and tools to streamline workflows across the enterprise
Own and maintain the internal business operations calendar to synchronize initiatives and ensure organizational cohesion.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Must be a U.S Citizen.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Have experience implementing management systems across a project portfolio including financial oversight risk management scheduling and scope management.
Possess a strong understanding of Finance and Program/Project Management principles.
Excel in cross-functional collaboration working effectively with senior leadership and teams.
Demonstrate the ability to build trust foster teamwork and take accountability for customer and stakeholder relationships.
Communicate with clarity efficiency and impact across a wide range of stakeholders.
