Job Description
The Outpatient Mental Health Center offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can access the care they need to thrive.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments develop treatment plans and provide individual family and group therapy.
- Monitor progress adjust treatments and coordinate referrals to additional services.
- Use evidence-based therapies including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
- Flexible scheduling options.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
- Participate in weekly supervision staff meetings and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
- Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

What we need from you.
- Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
- Licensed Certificated Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
This is a W2 fee-for-service position. During the first 90 days compensation will be paid at a flat rate after which it will transition to the standard fee-for-service payment structure.
- LCSW-C & LCPC licensed therapists can expect a salaried rate of $82400 annual in the first 90 days.
- After the first 90 days providers can expect $64.77 for diagnostic assessments and $51.07 for 45 minutes follow up appointments.
- LMSW & LGPC licensed therapists can expect to earn $67980 annual in the 90 days.
- After the first 90 days providers can expect $52.51 for diagnostic assessments and $42.17 for 45 minutes follow up appointments.
Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience.
