Job Description
Job Purpose:-
Responsible for salesforce productivity development by development implementation and improvements the sales operational processes and call report systems.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design define and develops SFE standards processes and SFE KPIs.
- Establish SFE process by training for sales team. And call reporting for managers monitoring.
- Lead the in-depth SFE review and analysis; improve the quality visibility and interpretation of the sales data
- Lead the deployment and implementation of SFE systems and call reporting systems
- Data management and administration for the SFE systems.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelors Degree in Computer science Pharmacy Science with Masters Degree in MBA : Marketing would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience in operating SFE or CRM program in healthcare industry would be preferable.
- Experience in training manager strategic planning manager or SFE manager are preferable.
- Experience in data management and administration is a must.
- Have a knowledge and understanding about programming and coding.
- Understanding sales process of healthcare industry would be preferable.
- Can retrieve data and create the report.
- Can use V lookup and pivot table function.
- Positive attitude CAN DO energetic and good team player.
- Good analytical and management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to work independently with result-oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office). Expert in Excel is a plus.
