As Senior Print and Textile Designer at our Paris you will provide strong forward-thinking creativity with the ability and understanding to translate research and design input into print & textile design proposals aligned with Acne Studios brand identity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Senior Print and Textile Designer you will report to Head of Print and Textile Design. You will play a vital role by:
Doing seasonal creative and technical print research following creative briefs
Creating artworks using various methods as needed per brief each season
Developing and adapt artworks to support various textile design processes and techniques
Finalizing artworks including creating print repeats all-over designs and execute placement prints
Preparing technical packs (artwork specification scale color etc.) to launch with suppliers
Creating and update inspiration and collection boards and overviews
Ensuring balanced collaboration and alignment with other product and design departments

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Academic bachelor degree from design graphic and/or textile education
A minimum of 5 years professional experience in print design preferably from high end fashion brands
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
Fluent knowledge of Adobe programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge of industrialised design processes and techniques
Strong ability in painting and drawing and other artwork creation processes
