Job Description

The Program Manager I is responsible for management of a specific program or group of programs in a specialty/functional area including scheduling and budgeting activities working in collaboration with leaders to implement the programs objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process. Responsible for monitoring the programs effectiveness and mobilizing stakeholders in support of continuous improvement to the program. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring ongoing effective program operation and/or implementation. Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance or expand the program and presenting proposals to management. Oversees the process of executing initiatives essential for the success of the program including communication with all stakeholders both internal and external. May oversee and lead teams in support of the programs objectives.

SERIES CONCEPT:

The Program Manager I will lead and support our Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Oncology and Fertility Preservation Program. This role plays a key part in coordinating fertility preservation services supporting survivorship care and advancing initiatives for patients ages 1539 with cancer or cancer predisposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate fertility preservation consultations and patient care pathways.

  • Support the Cancer Predisposition Clinic (CPC) and Survivorship Clinic (Long-Term Follow-Up LTFU).

  • Lead collaborations with internal stakeholders and external partners including national AYA consortia.

  • Manage program operations reporting donor fund stewardship and strategic planning.

  • Organize education initiatives peer support activities and survivorship connections.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in business health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and (3) years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project (3) years experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams; including data collection analysis and record of project completion program planning execution and status leading committees activities and staff.

Required Credentials
N/A.

Preferred
Experience working in public health health care or social Management Professional (PMP) analyzing improvement data and working with internal clients to analyze and develop improvement project managing large complex organizational initiatives that cross all departments and roles.

Compensation Range

$95270.00 - $142904.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
