First Shift (United States of America)Groundskeeping Associate
Nebraska Medicine is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeping Associate to join our this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor spaces ensuring a welcoming environment for patients employees and visitors.
*Priority consideration will be given to applicants with backgrounds in skilled trades manual labor equipment operation or other hands-on physically active work environments.

Details:
Full Time 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
4am-12:30pm OR 5am-1:30pm
Winter on-call availability for 24/7 response during snow events

Duties: Groundskeeping Associate
Provide primary grounds maintenance and upkeep in all seasons for all hospital campus grounds and parking areas in a manner that ensure a safe environment for all customers.
Required Qualifications: Groundskeeping Associate
Minimum of 16 years of age required.
Ability to use a computer for processing work orders and e-mail required.
Current valid motor vehicle operator license and ability to meet and maintain insurability required.
Preferred Qualifications: Groundskeeping Associate
Previous experience with lawn services and arbor care to include demonstrated training in snow removal operations preferred.
Knowledge of lawn irrigation systems and basic repair techniques of these systems preferred.
Knowledge of basic auto repair and/or an ability to work sheet metal preferred.
