Intertrade is seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement this role you will play a critical part in supporting the procurement of surplus parts and repair services that keep global aviation operations running efficiently. You will manage purchasing activities expedite open orders and build strong vendor relationships while collaborating across multiple business functions.
What You Will Do:
- Assist buyers and leadership in executing purchasing strategies.
- Process track and monitor orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with vendors on order status negotiate pricing and ensure quality acceptance.
What You Will Learn:
- Gain exposure to the aviation aftermarket.
- Develop expertise in the procurement of surplus parts and repair services.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a Bachelors degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: We Prefer:
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and other business software tools.
- Availability to travel up to 10%.

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
