Position at Danbury Hospital

Attention CT Scan Techs looking for PRN work here at the Danbury Hospital. Great team pay and career advancement. PRN shifts on day or evening. Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month including one weekend shift. This is a CT Union Role pay is based on grids. PRN pay $52.13 shift differentials.

Summary:

Performs diagnostic testing and operates CT Scan equipment to expedite an immediate diagnosis and deliver the best possible care to all patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Greets patients at reception desk.
2. Gives patient consent and questionnaire forms.
3. Answers any patient questions.
4. If indicated injects patient with contrast agent.
5. Program information into computer if indicated go back into room start injection.
6. Performs daily quality assurance check.
7. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: HS GRAD/EQUIVALENT
