Were looking for a Sales Marketer to be the boots on the ground helping Bravo grow. This isnt a desk job its about cold calling door knocking walking properties and opening doors with property managers maintenance teams contractors and senior living facilities.
Your mission is simple: keep Bravos calendar full by generating new opportunities and scheduling presentations for our leadership and production team. If you love meeting new people dont shy away from rejection and thrive on activity this is the role for you.
- Prospect new clients daily through cold calls door knocks and property visits.
- Follow up with leads through phone email and CRM entries.
- Schedule presentations for leadership or production team.
- Track and log all outreach activity in the CRM reporting weekly results.
- Attend networking events or mixers occasionally to represent Bravo.
- Support the marketing team by distributing leave-behinds flyers and quick field photos when needed.
- Report to the shop each morning and afternoon for check-ins and to update notes during the first 120 days.
- Use a company-provided vehicle for all field work.
- High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of sales customer service or outreach experience.
- Outgoing energetic and fearless about walking into new places.
- Strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Valid U.S. drivers license (vehicle provided after 120 days)
