Pacific Care and Rehabilitationis a skilled nursing facility with long term care post-acute rehab and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We are locatedin Hoquiam WA abeautiful Olympic Peninsula location on the Pacific Coast of Washington State we have a beautiful 3000 square foot rehab facility with an amazing gym new therapy equipment excellent ADL space therapist offices and room to grow!

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
This position is open to PTAs at all experience levels.
