PHYSIOTHERAPIST Full Time Sandgate Kallangur & Caboolture QLD

New Graduates and early career Physios encouraged to apply!

We are seeking a charismatic friendly and results-driven new Graduate or early career Physiotherapist who is eager to develop their career and grow with our team. Join us to build our brand through exceptional service and patient care.

As a fulltime Physiotherapist the work will be mostly clinic-based with the flexibility to offer tele health or home visit if the client requires. Working hours are between 6am to 4pm allowing for a flexible schedule to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and tailored education to meet each patients unique needs in the Sandgate Kallangur and Caboolture clinics.
  • Treat a wide array of musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve patient goals using evidence-based practices and treatment protocols.
  • Manage patient expectations communicate effectively build trust loyalty and maintain positive engagement with patients.
  • Ensure positive outcomes with treatments maintain up to date and accurate records and promote the services within the local community and onsite gym.

About You:

  • New graduate or early career Physio looking to work with a growing multi-disciplinary team and develop their career.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Medicare Provider Number (assistance provided for new clinic locations).
  • Commitment to abide by AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) code of conduct and policies.
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (up to $10 million or more).
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificate (as required by APA).
  • Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (at least one unit/rotation at university).
  • Current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) participation.
  • Valid Drivers license and willing to travel between clinics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism punctuality and a positive attitude.
