Salary : 60K Bonus
Location : London Central
A prestigious London-based law firm is seeking an exceptional Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor/Director with an established client following to spearhead the launch of their new Property Law Team.
The Role:
- Senior Reporting Officerposition with genuine autonomy
- Lead the development and growth of a brand-new Property Law department
- Support the firm in achievingCQS Accreditation
- Bring your existing client portfolio to generate immediate revenue
- Partnership pathway available for the right candidate
What Were Looking For:
- 7 years PQE in Commercial & Residential Property Law
- Established client followingthat can transfer
- Leadership experience and team-building capabilities
- CQS experience or strong commitment to pursuing accreditation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills
