About the Role:
As a Senior Service Designer you will lead the design and delivery of seamless end-to-end service experiences that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into clear human-centered solutions. Your role involves understanding user needs deeply mapping customer journeys creating service blueprints and guiding organisations toward delivering value at every touchpoint.
The Successful Candidate
- Proven track record (5 years) in service design CX or related human-centered design roles.
- Expertise in user research methods persona development journey mapping service blueprints and jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
- Strong facilitation skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience designing for complex ecosystems (multi-channel digital physical).
- Ability to prototype service concepts at different levels of fidelity (storyboards mock-ups dfIBN process flows).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to present insights and recommendations effectively.
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments and design-thinking practices.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma Miro Adobe XD Service Blueprinting).
