DoD Clearance: TS/SCIThis multi-faceted position is responsible for coordinating interpreting implementing and enforcing Security policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agency directives.
We are seeking an Assistant Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (ACSSO) with a minimum of two years industrial security experience. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the security of Special Access Programs. The position will include a variety of duties and responsibilities to include daily communication with peers interfacing with the CSSO Value Stream Leaders and government customers. The ACSSO will execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) assist in reviewing and implementing client-specific security procedures for Special Access Programs to include maintaining physical security of our secure areas in accordance with DoD Manual 5205.07 ICD 705 32 CFR Part 117 Special Program Security directives and perform other job duties as required.

What YOU will do:
Assist and prepare SOPs security briefings and event driven trainings.
Conduct security education awareness and training.
Administer security briefings and debriefings.
Assist and review Program Access Requests (PARs).
Assist and prepare outgoing and incoming visit requests (VRs).
Conduct administrative inquiries and investigations.
Prepare construction security plans for new and renovated secure areas.
Prepare and maintain Fixed Facility Checklists and TEMPEST checklists for secure areas.
Collect data for metrics and analysis.
Prepare assist or lead annual security compliance reviews/audits self-inspections and corrective action plans.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Eligibility to receive and maintain an active Top Secret clearance with current SSBI.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Completion of SAP Mid-Level Security Management desired
Working knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07
Knowledge and understanding of SCIF/ SAPF construction standards (ICD 705) requirements required
Must be a team player and able to prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have demonstrated the ability 5634to communicate effectively and professionally with a broad range of personnel
Working knowledge of access control systems intrusion detection systems (i.e. C-CURE) to include UL2050 requirements
Must be willing to travel domestically Minimum travel (05-10%) generally supporting other company facilities

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
