Job Description

Location: Racine WI
Status: Non-Exempt
Work Hours: MondayFriday (Occasional Saturdays and secondary holidays)
Reports To: Associate Director of Admissions

**This position is eligible for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Enrollment Success: Achieve individual and campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students ensuring ongoing communication and support.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate referrals through both internal and external networks.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely input of admissions and marketing data.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all institutional policies and state/federal regulations ensuring integrity in every interaction.
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to manage admissions activities ensuring data accuracy.
  • Professional Development: Participate actively in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and contribute to your career growth.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: An Associate degree is required; a Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1 years of success in customer service sales admissions or a similar goal-centric environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication time management organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.

Physical & Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift carry push or move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Proficiency with computer technology and equipment.
