Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confirm appointments to ensure a welcoming experience
• Provide exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with guests and colleagues
• Uphold high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of facilities parking lots and vehicles
• Open vehicle doors for guests and assist with personal belongings
• Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas recording parking locations accurately
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for guests when requested
• Direct traffic efficiently in valet areas and parking lots as needed
• Adhere to Genesis valet guidelines for pick-up and delivery services using company-provided devices
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid drivers license
• Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
• Mature disciplined personality
• Effective communication organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly approachable and maintains a positive outlook
• Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
