1. Mature and lead the continued buildout of ET Learning Strategies to include ET Technology Academy through partnership with WME leadership ET Business Office Management Organizations and other stakeholders across the Enterprise.
2. Partner with Senior Manager/Manager of Workforce Management Planning & Engagement and across workforce verticals to help execute ET workforce strategy for and/or apply strategy within ET business units in partnership with broader TEMPO team and BMOs.
3. Support ET workforce talent and/or engagement programs across ET and/or within designated ET business unit with a focus on balancing risk sustainability and financial targets to optimize ETs workforce (including FTE CW onshore and offshore) in partnership with ET Cost & Supplier Management.
4. Partner across TEMPO/ BMOs and with HR to influence and leverage enterprise-wide human capital programs customizing for ET-specific business needs where required to support ETs strategic plan.
5. Track and monitor appropriate metrics in partnership with ET Business Performance & Metrics to holistically report on ETs workforce talent and engagement programs to ensure workplace requirements support staffing needs.
6. Explore recommend and implement opportunities for continuous business process improvement across workforce management planning and engagement both within TEMPO and ET BMOs with a one team mindset.
7. Communicate ongoing work short-term outcomes and long-term impacts with ET leaders across TEMPO and ET BMOs and with HR partners at a regular cadence to support ETs strategic plan in partnership with ET OCM support.
8. Proactively partner to identify and mitigate risks associated with ETs workforce.
9. Fully participate Workforce Management Planning & Engagement operating model and potentially lead projects including technology process efficiency and departmental initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience to include six years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development
2. Four years of experience as a business analyst or related role/experience with experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management Business Process Management Relationship Management Business Operations Quality
3. Management Experience planning facilitating eliciting documenting and managing business functional and technical requirements
4. Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
5. Ability to interact with management business staff ADS and DTS personnel in order to gather compile and exchange information on work requests/project requirements and negotiate disputes effectively
6. Strong presentation verbal and written skills
7. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects activities and tasks under time constraints
8. Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels and resolve conflicts
9. Exceptional communication teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment
10. Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
11. Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
12. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
13. Understand core systems applications and technical platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Project management experience supporting a large enterprise IT workforce management planning organization within a financial or banking institution.
2. Experience or exposure utilizing SharePoint Cornerstone Pluralsight.
3. Experience building and driving learning programs inclusive of curriculum design.
5. Familiarity with product management theories and its application within large-complex environments.
6. Experience running reports maintaining documentation and presenting to all levels within an organization.
7. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
