Your New Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalWBD Reporting Analystto join ourOrder to Cash (O2C)team. This role is responsible for developing maintaining and enhancing reporting solutions that support the end-to-end O2C process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis reporting tools and a deep understanding of the O2C lifecycle including billing collections cash application and dispute management.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor O2C performance metrics (e.g. DSO aging cash flow billing accuracy).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Sales IT Customer Service) to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline data collection processes using tools such as Power BI Tableau Excel and SQL.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by providing timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and data governance standards.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Analytics Information Systems or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role preferably within an O2C or finance operations environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and data querying languages (e.g. SQL).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
