THE POSITION
LAB22 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent your primary focus would be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Front Office Agent you will:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
Maintain accurate guest records including personal information payment details and preferences.
Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Handle complaints in a professional manner.

WHAT YOULL BRING
Prior experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is preferred.
English and Spanish essential.
