This position is part of the Spend Compensation and Benefits Finance team reporting into the Benefits Finance Manager. Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst include but not limited to: - Planning forecasting consolidation analysis and reporting of worldwide cost center expenses - Maintain and develop financial forecasting tools and cost center hierarchies - Analyze and maintain benefit analysis and fringe rate by country; Management of international fringe rate across all jurisdictions outside the U.S. - Engineer complex analytical modeling for ad-hoc analysis - Approval of PRs to ensure correct application of project codes and GL coding and compliance with Indirect Procurement requirements - Management of accruals for monthly and quarterly Close ensuring adherence to SOX requirements for substantiation of accruals.
5 years of relevant Finance work experience
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting related field
Strong Excel skills experience with enterprise software systems (SAP) preferred
Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously
