Job Description
Bartender is responsible to support the F&B Supervisors and Beverage Manager in the successful operation of casino and non-alcoholic beverage products for consumption by guests in a trained responsible and professional manner as well as other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIALDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibleforpracticingsupportingandpromotingHorseshoeIndianapolisCompany-widecultureanddemonstrating Excellent Service Standards at all including but not limited to:
- Safe efficient production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products according to specified recipes and specifications as well as quality and quantity control par levels product storage and rotation station set up preparation of ingredients and clean up etc.
- ResponsibleLegalalcoholserviceincludingcheckingIdentificationmeasuredpourscuttingoffserviceofalcohol etc.
- Maintainsstandardsofsanitationbarandpersonalhygieneandcleanlinessaswellasbeverageservicetechniques and safety all with regard to the safe handling of beverage products for guests consumption.
- Displayknowledgeofallemergencyprocedures.
- Communicateonaconsistentbasiswithsupervisorkeepingthemabreastofalldepartmentactivities.

Position requires scheduling flexibility may be required to work weekends holidaysovernight or overtime based upon scheduling and business needs.
