Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading construction company with a strong pipeline of projects across residential commercial and civilsectors. They are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The Role:
Lead cost planning budgeting and forecasting for projects
Prepare and manage cost estimates tenders and contracts
Monitor and control costs to ensure value and profitability
Manage risks related to cost and contracts
Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
Provide financial reporting cash flow and reconciliations
Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations
Collaborate with project managers design and procurement teams
The Person:
Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or similar
Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Skilled in cost management tendering and contracts
Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
