Operations Assistant Financial Services
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to 30k basic Bonus
Our client an award-winning financial services provider is looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to play an integral role supporting the smooth running of business activities across areas such as mortgages insurance wealth management and compliance. Youll work across both operations and adviser teams helping with administration data management and project support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day admin support across the business
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy for reporting
- Assist with projects such as systems improvements and adviser onboarding
- Help streamline processes and workflows
- Support communications with advisers providers and third parties
Experience required:
- Experience in a financial services administration / operations role.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services particularly in mortgages life insurance protection planning and general insurance is an advantage.
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communicator able to work in a fast-paced environment
