This position shall be responsible for the installation inspection preventive maintenance routine maintenance andprogramming of non-medical electronic equipment including but not limited to audio and visual equipmentcommunications systems nurse call systems nurse tracer systems pneumatic tube system food and nutritionequipment laundry equipment sprinkler systems fire alarm systems access control systems automatic dooroperators and other safety and security systems.

Operational Functions
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent. Completion of a two (2) year associate of science degree in electronic equipment repair or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years electronic repair experience in industrial or commercial operations. Hospital experience is desirable but not mandatory.
License(s)/Certification(s):
Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be familiar with regulatory agencies such as IEEE FERC FCC NEC etc. Writes reads comprehends and speaks fluent English. Multicultural sensitivity. Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
Other:
Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
