The Strategic Change Office (SCO) leads high-impact cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic transformation across the organization. We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the execution of our tremendous pipeline of projects. This role encompasses project and change management responsibilities for complex initiatives that require a strategic approach.
As a champion of the firms Strategic Change pillar the SCO plays a critical role in fostering a culture of adaptability innovation and continuous improvement. SCO-led projects typically span multiple departments and business units often involving sensitive or high-impact decisions. The SCO offers a neutral perspective to help stakeholders navigate challenges align on solutions and deliver results that support long-term strategic goals. As a Strategic Initiatives Senior Analyst you will:
Lead day-to-day execution of key strategic initiatives and other high-complexity projects with the direction of an SCO Manager.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Develop high-quality error-free deliverables and presentation materials with guidance from an SCO manager.
Independently draft and execute project and change management plans.
Craft project communications and templates for leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare agendas and recaps for all assigned program and project meetings.
Facilitate and coordinate client-facing meetings and workshops end-to-end.
Proactively identify and communicate project risks to management.
Capture analyze and synthesize information and data to identify key themes and support decision making with direction from manager.
Drive collaboration and influence decision-making without formal authority among project stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills.
Independently manage the execution of small or special projects ad-hoc or advisory requests.
Informally mentor interns and analysts providing coaching and guidance.
Maintain a client-first mindset ensuring project outcomes support both client success and firm goals.
What we look for:
3 7 years of relevant experience in project and change management; consulting experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree required in a related field. Certifications such as PMP Prosci or CCMP are a plus.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional activities on large scale initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability with a drive for continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Demonstrates business acumen executive presence /soft skills and leadership qualities.
Strong conceptual analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Visio Word Outlook).
