Job Summary

Position: Machine Operator & Assembler

Starting Pay: $20.86/hour
Pay Increase: Raises to $21.55/hour after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period

Shift Differential: $1.15/hr (2nd shift) $1.50/hr (3rd shift)
Shifts:

2nd: MonFri 2:00pm10:30pm
3rd: SunFri 10:00pm6:30am
Training: 1st shift

What Youll Do

Operate automated and semi-automated machines to manufacture automotive batteries
Perform minor assembly tasks as part of machine operation
Adjust machine settings troubleshoot issues and perform basic operator maintenance (cleaning greasing replacing small parts)
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met; record approved and defective units
Follow all safety PPE and production guidelines

What Were Looking For

1 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a hot environment
Ability to stand walk bend twist and kneel for long periods
Basic computer math reading and writing skills
Flexible to work overtime weekends or extended shifts as needed
Commitment to safety and PPE compliance
