Manage key strategic customer accounts driving benchmark satisfaction levels.
Primary liaison between customers and P&WC in support of customers maintenance activities.
For each assigned customer establish service levels and manage suppliers (repair facilities) to customer expectations.
Strategic & contractual management of key customer accounts.
Own maintain and drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives.
Accountable for managing contract financial performance.
Works across multiple complex engine models managing difficult technical challenges to obtain service resolutions.
Provides direct support to customers and customer executives on high visibility events.
Navigates through multiple global regions and cultures to identify the best solution for each customer.
Develops customer solutions across multiple P&W business units ensuring coordinated efforts to exceed customer requirements.
Drives solutions with customers to achieve acceptable outcomes to all unscheduled events.
Strategic regional support for new programs (G500/G600/F6X).
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors degree in engineering or business or related field.
10 years of customer account or program experience in the aerospace industry.
Ability to manage complex maintenance program and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently including on short notice.
Solid understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of maintenance agreement.
Qualifications We Prefer
Masters Degree/MBA.
Experience in the Aerospace and Aero Engine knowledge.
