What You Will Do

  • Manage key strategic customer accounts driving benchmark satisfaction levels.

  • Primary liaison between customers and P&WC in support of customers maintenance activities.

  • For each assigned customer establish service levels and manage suppliers (repair facilities) to customer expectations.

  • Strategic & contractual management of key customer accounts.

  • Own maintain and drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Accountable for managing contract financial performance.

  • Works across multiple complex engine models managing difficult technical challenges to obtain service resolutions.

  • Provides direct support to customers and customer executives on high visibility events.

  • Navigates through multiple global regions and cultures to identify the best solution for each customer.

  • Develops customer solutions across multiple P&W business units ensuring coordinated efforts to exceed customer requirements.

  • Drives solutions with customers to achieve acceptable outcomes to all unscheduled events.

  • Strategic regional support for new programs (G500/G600/F6X).

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or business or related field.

  • 10 years of customer account or program experience in the aerospace industry.

  • Ability to manage complex maintenance program and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently including on short notice.

  • Solid understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of maintenance agreement.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Masters Degree/MBA.

  • Experience in the Aerospace and Aero Engine knowledge.
