UnspecifiedWhat You Will Do
Perform maintenance and repair work on plant machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and isolate electrical and mechanical faults.
Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for machine spare parts and ensure sufficient stock of critical spares.
Respond promptly to machine recovery call-backs including outside regular hours if required.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment performance.
Propose and implement modifications to improve machine functionality.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Record and update daily work activities using the CMMS system.
Support and participate in EH&S Quality & Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities.
Carry out any other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Must Have
NITEC in Mechatronics Electrical Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
2 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and repair of machineries.
Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment tools and machines.
A good team player who possesses high initiative and energy.
Willing to work on rotating shift and overtime on need basis.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in TPM PLC and automation with an Electrical license is preferred.
Familiar with workshop equipment such as Plasma Vacuum furnace CMMs CNC machines Welding system and NDT tools.
