Mantiene un ambiente de mantenimiento seguro a salvo y saludable al respetar y seguir las normas y polticas de la organizacin y a las regulaciones legales; abordando inmediatamente los problemas y alertando a los dems sobre las posibles preocupaciones.
Supervisa los resultados de los empleados de mantenimiento seleccionando orientando entrenando asignando programando capacitando aconsejando y disciplinando a los asociados. Comunica las expectativas del trabajo planifica monitorea y evalua las contribuciones al trabajo y recomienda acciones de compensacin siguiendo polticas y procedimientos definidos.
Realiza los requisitos de mantenimiento orientando asignando y entrenando a los empleados.
Cumple con los estndares de mantenimiento siguiendo los estndares de productividad y calidad; resolver problemas.
Trabaja con un equipo funcional para cumplir con los estndares de costo implementando acciones de ahorro de costos.
Cumplimiento de los planes de operaciones de turno recibiendo el informe operacional del turno anterior y asignando recursos adems de cumplir con el plan operacional actual.
Finaliza las operaciones de turno mediante el monitoreo de los servicios de mantenimiento la reasignacin de recursos y la resolucin de problemas operacionales.
Documenta los servicios de mantenimiento completando formularios informes registros asegurando la exactitud de los datos.
Contribuye al mantenimiento y al xito de la organizacin acogiendo solicitudes relacionadas diferentes y nuevas; ayudando a otros a lograr resultados de trabajo.
Todas las dems tareas asignadas.
