The Surgery Dept at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. Our new tower has provided additional surgery suites with the latest technology providing patients with a wide range of surgical/procedural experience. Level One Trauma Center 24/7 Operational hours 13 Surgical Suites 1 Cysto Suite 1:1 Nurse Ratio Multi-Specialty Trauma Neuro Robotics Orthopedics General GYN Urology Plastics and Reconstruction. As our surgical tech at CRMC we highly value your experience in surgical procedures and sterilization. To be successful in this role you should have 4 years of experience in a similar role amd a graduate in surgical technology from an accredited school and a strong understanding of sterilization techniques. Youll be instrumental in preparing the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We recognize that we cant operate without you.
The operating room (OR) operates as a team and every member plays a crucial role that directly impacts the patients outcome. As a Surgical Tech your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with the team are key to taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process. Your role is not just important; its integral to our success. Your expertise in surgical procedures and sterilization directly contributes to the positive outcomes of our patients making you a valued and indispensable part of our team.
Responsibilities:
