Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components accurately thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints diagrams and work instructions.
- Use hand tools power tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect parts and products for defects report issues and perform rework as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Complete and maintain production records and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
- Ability to use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 30 lbs stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Pay: $15.50/hr
