M TNEI TRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE
Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Web Shop Administrator to join our National Office team. This is a fixed-term role until 30 June 2026 starting immediately. The position is part-time working 10 hours per week across three mornings and from October the hours will increase to 20 hours per week to be worked across five mornings. The role is based at our National Office on Victoria Street Wellington.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa Web Shop. This includes coordinating the distribution of orders monitoring stock levels and making sure systems and processes run efficiently to deliver excellent service to our customers.
We are looking for someone with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. The role will require a level of physical fitness to move stock around.
