We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Recovery Coordinator - Group Workerto join our vibrant this role youll be at the heart of supporting individuals ensuring they receive the right interventions at the right time to help them achieve their goals.
With this role youll work as part of our passionate Recovery Support team in Tower Hamlets delivering person centred care and providing one-to-one and group-based support. Together well help people take control of their recovery and build brighter futures.

Location:Tower Hamlets
Part Time Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary Range: 27861.26 - 32002.35(dependent on experience pro rata for part-time hours)
Allowances: 4133.14 Inner London Weighting (pro rata for part time hours)
* Pease note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Support people from their first contact with our service through their entire recovery journey.
- Provide screening assessments and recovery planning tailoring interventions to meet each persons unique needs.
- Support individuals families and communities by reducing the harms associated with substance use.
- Facilitate group sessions and one-to-one interventions helping people engage with their individual treatment plans.
- Advocate for those we support ensuring access to partner agencies and community resources.
- Promote recovery resilience and peer support enabling people to rebuild their lives.
Who Were Looking For:
- A strong understanding of substance misuse and experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalalongside strong IT proficiency.
- Ability to work independently prioritise tasks effectively and manage a caseload.
- Knowledge of mental health services interventions and best practices.
- A team player with great interpersonal skills able to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Someone open to learning and development committed to improving their skills and helping others grow.
