Title: WordPress Developer
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

CharterUP is seeking a versatile WordPress Developer to own the design development and optimization of our website. This role blends creative design skills with strong WordPress development expertise ensuring our site is not only visually compelling but also high-performing user-friendly and aligned with business goals.
Youll be responsible for building and maintaining CharterUPs digital presence ensuring the site is technically sound scalable and optimized for performance. While collaborating with marketing product and design stakeholders youll translate strategic priorities into a functional conversion-focused web experience that supports growth.
