What Youll Do:
Coordinate schedules for HHA CNA and LPN staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients
Ensure continuity and quality of care through consistent scheduling
Represent Better Home Cares values of compassion integrity and legendary service

What Youll Need:
Fluency in Russian and English (Required)
Strong customer service and multitasking skills
Prior healthcare/home health scheduling experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts
On-call rotation
